Show Sold Out Items

To show sold out items:

1. Open the POS dashboard.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Choose Configurations.
4. Click on the Kiosk tab.
5. Check the Allow Special Instruction for ticket (ticket) and Allow Special Instruction for item (item) options.
6. Click the Save button.
